I prepare all equipment and, if needed, test on sample items in advance. I work with you to plan the setup so it fits naturally into the event flow.

On the day, I arrive ahead of time, set up discreetly, and deliver a polished, professional experience. I handle the queue, the guests, and the craft — you focus on the rest of the event.

How do you handle large queues of guests? +
I work efficiently without rushing. For very high-volume events, I can advise on a queue management approach or extend the event duration to ensure everyone is served comfortably.
What do you need from us in advance? +
Access to a small table and a power outlet is usually all that's required for engraving. Calligraphy needs no power. I will confirm the setup requirements when I send your quote.
Can you work at outdoor events? +
Yes, with a suitable table and some shelter from wind and direct sunlight. I will advise on what works for the specific outdoor setup you have in mind.
